12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Live 22 and User, superseding any prior written or oral agreements related to our Services.We reserve the right to update this Agreement from time-to-time as set forth in section 9 ("Changes").No other representations will have legal effect.
